The Zelle order process, step by step
Every order is paid by Zelle and matched to your order number. Here is exactly what happens after you check out.

Place your order
Add your research compounds to the cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order number in the format PEP-XXXXXXXX — keep it, you need it for every step below.

Send your Zelle payment
Open the Zelle QR code on the checkout or confirmation page and send the exact order total. Put your order number in the memo line so your payment can be matched automatically.

We match your payment
Our team reconciles incoming Zelle payments against website orders. Once your payment is matched, your order status changes to Payment Received.

Track your status any time
Enter your order number and the email used on the order on this page. Your status updates automatically as your order moves through processing.

Shipping and delivery
A flat $15.00 shipping fee is added to every order. Once your order ships, its tracking number appears on your status page.
