Order Accuracy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and documentation.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are not accepted for opened products. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for documented issues.

Payment Disputes

For Zelle payments, please include your order number in the memo line. If a payment issue arises, contact support with your transaction details.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
